It’s near the center of town, so you can enjoy a good cup of coffee or get a delicious plate of pasta in one of the many local restaurants. It’s the perfect place if you are interested in staying in Tuscany for a longer period of time.
The apartment measures 100sqm is bright and spacious and is located just on the edge of the historic center of Foiano della Chiana. Recently renovated, the apartment is only 300 meters from the center of the small medieval town of Foiano. In 5 minutes by foot, you can reach restaurants, bars, supermarkets, fresh pasta stores, butchers, bakeries, fresh fruit and vegetable stores, clothes stores, and the bus to Arezzo. The open-air market takes place every Monday from 9 to 12.30.
Guests who stay at Diamante will have full access to Villa Rosa dei Venti’s activities and can participate in cooking classes, guided tours, and wine tours. Diamante is located in a place that makes it an ideal jumping off point for visiting major sights of both Tuscany and Umbria: Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Orvieto, Civita di Bagno Regio, Montepulciano, Pienza and all of the Vald’Orcia and Chianti countryside
Nearby is a train station that can bring you into the center of Florence, Rome, Bologna, and Milan. It is an ideal place for long-term stays and can be used as a base to visit the area and other parts of Italy. The rental period of the apartment minimum is 3 nights, but there’s significant savings for longer rentals, especially for several weeks or a month.
Diamante boasts fantastic views and is situated in a two-story building, accessible via a short set of stairs. It is on the top floor so there is no one above you! There’s a kitchen, a living room with large French windows that look out onto the terrace, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub, and a bedroom with two single beds (or a double). The beautiful terrace can be accessed from the kitchen and living room. The apartment is cozy and functional for either a couple or up to 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, dishwasher, 5 burner stove, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, and toaster.
The independent heating has a thermostat, so if you rent in the winter, you can heat the flat according to your needs. In the summer, there are ceiling fans in two of the rooms. A washing machine and clothesline are available inside the apartment.
